The Art 316 building is a 40,000 square foot conversion warehouse located in downtown Des Moines. Built at the turn of the century by a well-established Des Moines family, it originally housed a furniture manufacturing business. Since Art 316's conception in late 1993, the building has continued to serve as a home base for many of the various visual arts to flourish.
